		<description>Honestly, its these socks that have been my inspiration to start (or consider very very seriously, read my latest post and you will see just how serious) knitting socks. Those are the cutest footies I've ever seen and the colour is just fabulous! 

I need a pattern and some yarn....siigh...like thats gonna happen....but kudos to ya for the inspiring footies!!

		<description>The footies look great! I like making short socks too, especially when it's just a regular stockinette pattern.  The short row heel was off by a stitch? hmmmm. I don't get what the fuss about the kitchener stitch is either. I sometimes get distracted and lose my way but other then that it's ok. 

And yes, go for a toe up sock on the loop!!</description>

hve you been converted yet?  I love short cuffed socks.  i don't like wearing socks....but i like to knit them.  :)  i think i like short cuffed ones b/c my legs are so stumpy, these types of socks make them look slightly normal.  hehehee.</description>
