OK..im’ going to need your oxtail soup recipe. i LOVE oxtail soup! and that eggplant…..i’m drooling. do you use the lee kum kee packets? i have used those a few times…and they are tasty! hahhaha.

I just tried eggplant for the first time last year and loved it. Your cooking looks like it could be in a magazine picture…your hubby must be loving this! It looks good!

You are right in that frogging is always an option. If you aren’t feeling the love for the project, you shouldn’t waste your time and energy on it.

The eggplant looks fantastic!! So glad that you’re more upbeat now. Cooking is great fun and well, it’s good break from knitting too.
