		<description>Donna, I've heard of that too! I think it does make a difference. But sometimes I'm lazy and forget, and I just take the eggs straight out of the fridge. But if I want to be extra careful, I take them out ahead of time and just let it sit for awhile before using them, so they won't be so cold (and affect how the dough comes together).</description>
