		<description>The blanket looks great.  I often make crocheted blankets.  Usually, I don't crochet squares, I crochet strips that look like squares.  Then, I crochet a single crochet border around each strip.  It's much easier to match up the border stitches when putting the strips together.

Maybe next time.</description>

Have you thought about crocheting it together? :D  sc? :)  hehehee.  just a suggestion if the "mattress stitch" is driving you nuts.  hehehe.  i had to do that w/ the wedding afghans.  It's just as frustrating w/ pieces that don't match, but its kind of easier to fudge. :)  hehehehe</description>
