Hi!

Wow you're so talented now crocheting. I wanted to ask you about "Teach Yourself Visually Crochet" book. I want to crochet but don't know how. All I know is how to make a chain...a mile long chain...lol.

Happy Crocheting! :)

Your granny squares with the posies are very pretty *s*. I once made the pillows with the rose in the center...still like that pattern to this day. Looks like you are all stocked up for lots of fun projects.

I bought myself "Happy Hooker". Love it! Now, if I only had some time to actually make the stuff in there.

Learning a new skill is so exciting and the granny squares look great. I can't wait until you start your first crochet project. I love those lacy crochet shells that you see in the stores.

Check you out! What cute granny squares! I'm liking the fact that another knitter has taken to the hook. I've been thinking about picking up Nancie Wiseman's book...now I'll just have to get it. Haven't seen Happy Hooker, though. Don't you love Candi Jensen? I have 2 of her books too.

I should try the knitting reward thing. Goodness knows I'll probably finish up all my WIPS(7 in total) by the time I'm done with Spring cleaning!!

Hey, Ruth...I've been away too long! I am glad to hear your reviews of crochet books. As a seasoned crocheter I am not always as good with what helps a beginner. We ordered the visual crochet book and of course Happy Hooker! You are doing a great job crocheting. I like your father's saying and judging by my house now my mind had a bomb go off in it. I have Yarntopia stuff everywhere waiting to go to the store. I like your reward system, I'll have to try it.
