Ruth’s Reveries

If you’ve visited here the past couple days, you probably noticed that some things were off. I had to update and reinstall a couple things here. It was a headache, and I’m hoping things will run seamless from here on out.

In anycase, we were in Oahu for a wedding. Congrats to Mike & Shelly!

We don’t have very good shots of the wedding ceremony or even of the FANTASTIC seafood buffet (I HEART poke), but here’s one thing to wet your appetite:

Then a bunch of us got together to scheme for the wedding suite’s “decorations”. While plotting together as a group, I got to know some of Mike & Shelly’s friends. Everyone was creative and hilarious. We saran-wrapped the bed and made replicas of the bride and the groom. The bathroom was also very well decorated. I also learned that Sam’s Club actually has condoms in bulk (in the pharmacy aisle, if you were wondering).

The Dole Plantation was fun. Although, we weren’t there for alot of the touristy stuff, I just wanted to see cute baby pineapples…

…and eat pineapples in pineapple soft-serve/ice-cream (YUMMMMMM).

We went to alot of other places, but that would be too many pictures to upload and I don’t have that kind of time (I have a life, believe it or not). We have a underwater camera that still has honeymoon pictures on it, and while snorkeling, it was finally filled up with pictures. Can’t wait to develop those. I hear there are upclose pictures of a sea turtle in there. =)
